We can work with you to tailor a highly targeted advertising program in a select few financial, luxury lifestyle and trade publications with proven/audited demographics– both print and online, as well as other luxury internet media. Once a buyer and an offer is secured, to ensure a successful close, we conscientiously and diligently:

Negotiate the offering documents making certain the contract language, and deal structure protect you, and then drive the absolute best deal possible on your behalf;

Oversee, coordinate, and represent you onboard for inspections, and surveys; review, interpret, and assess the surveyor’s written findings suggesting appropriate strategy;

Manage and expedite contracts and revisions thereto in concert with maritime counsel, as purchase progresses;

Depending on the flag chosen by Buyer, delivery and vessel transfer may occur in international waters, in which case we represent you onboard throughout the Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance.
